Spherion is excited to offer an opportunity with one of our major biopharma clients in the Brazos Valley. We are seeking a Document Control Specialist to support compliance, quality, and data integrity in a highly regulated environment. This position plays a critical role in maintaining document control processes and ensuring documentation is accurate, accessible, and compliant with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
Manage document control processes, including creation, revision, review, and approval of documents
Organize and maintain documentation systems to ensure accessibility and compliance with internal and external standards
Conduct regular audits of document databases and files to verify accuracy and ensure consistency
Support teams by providing guidance on document control procedures and resolving document-related inquiries
Prepare documentation for audits and inspections, ensuring records are complete and readily available
Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement document changes and maintain version control

Working hours: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Skills:
Previous experience in a document control role within the biopharma, pharmaceutical, or a regulated industry
Familiarity with FDA regulations, GMP, or ISO standards
Experience using electronic document management systems (EDMS)
Knowledge of quality assurance principles and audit preparation

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management software
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience handling confidential information with integrity
