**Job Description**
Teledyne Microwave Solutions has over 50 years of experience in the design, development, and manufacture of sophisticated microwave/RF components and integrated assemblies for the most demanding challenges. Teledyne Microwave Solutions is looking for a Document Control Coordinator for Day Shift.
This role is responsible for collecting, maintaining, and distributing all documents necessary to define product configuration and control manufacturing processes that insure conformance to customer requirements. Maintains a comprehensive filing system and computer database for all documents to be retained in the document control center. Administers the operation of the document control center to ensure that all users have the latest revision of appropriate documentation in a timely manner. Tasks and assignments tend to be simple, straight-forward in nature. Duties are performed under close supervision.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
+ Examines documents such as blueprints, drawings, change orders, and specifications to verify completeness and accuracy of data.
+ Confers with document originators or engineering liaison personnel to resolve discrepancies and compiles required changes to documents.
+ Posts changes to computerized or manual control records, releases documents, and notifies affected departments.
+ Maintains a computer database of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of documents.
+ Performs clerical typing duties to generate documents as necessary.
+ Prepares requests for reproduction of documents.
+ Operates reproduction equipment.
+ Prepares reports and memorandums.
+ US Citizenship with ability to attain/maintain government security clearance.

**Education and/or Experience:** Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university in a related field is preferred, or 3-5 years of directly related experience and/or training.
**Language Skills:** Ability to read, analyze and interpret various business documents, technical procedures, and government regulations. Ability to write reports and correspondence. Ability to prepare and effectively present information and response to questions.
**Mathematical Skills:** Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
**Reasoning Ability:** Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
**Computer Skills:** To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office (includes Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Knowledge of CAD is a plus.
**Salary Range:**
$42,800.00-$57,100.000
