Your work environment at EXP
EXP is currently searching for a Document Controls Manager who will be responsible for supporting a broad range of projects, including but not limited to Transportation, Infrastructure and Transit projects in the Atlanta office. We are looking for someone with Design-Build / Public-Private Partnership experience.


 

What a day at EXP has in store for you

Manage a team of Document Controls personnel. Performs standard administrative functions. Cross train and support other support function positions as requested. Covers other support function positions as requested. Coordinates the printing and distribution process for engineering drawings and documents. Performs basic system maintenance and access requests. Develops and distributes meeting minutes and correspondence Maintain a computer database of all filed documentation that ensures fast retrieval of documents. Organize and set up new projects with approved directories with appropriate security levels. Work with Project Managers to structure document and submittal logs with the proper reviewers/approvers and due dates. Monitor and follow up on past due document and submittal deliverables. Mentor and train new staff and project team members on systems and processes as requested. Assist Procurement department with setup of bid packages within the document control system. Update user and vendor directories. Setup and support meeting minutes and reports. Create scheduled and ad-hoc reports as needed.


  

What your experience looks like

Software knowledge:  Adobe Pro, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint. Software Knowledge:  Experience in Procore Highly desirable.    Design-Build / Public-Private Partnership experience preferred Quality control of own work. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to perform assigned responsibilities with minimal to moderate supervision. Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.
