Job Description
The Document Control Specialist is responsible for prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, and assembling projects accurately and in a timely manner. The candidate must meet deadlines by working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and error-free work. The role involves working at a table with 4-6 other individuals, handling stacks of documents, removing obstructions like paper clips and staples, keeping the stack neat, and placing them back in totes for scanning to digital format. This position demands a fast working pace and strict adherence to instructions.

The work environment is a large facility similar to a warehouse-style building. The available shifts are First Shift (Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm CST) and Second Shift (Monday - Friday 3pm - 11pm CST).
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.60
