Document Control Specialist
Pay: Up to $38/hr

Job Description
Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements for document control and quality systems.
Responsibilities
+ Review and revise specifications and procedures.
+ Monitor and maintain the training program.
+ Document and evaluate changes through the internal change control process.
+ Review production batch records.
+ Manage quality system documentation (SOPs, work instructions, test methods).
+ Oversee document routing, effectiveness, and record retention.
+ Solve quality system issues.
+ Coordinate with various departments to ensure effective and timely task completion.
+ Support regulatory and customer audits.
+ Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in document control.
+ Knowledge of QMS (Quality Management Systems).
+ Familiarity with change control processes.
+ Experience in batch record review.
+ Proficiency in creating and maintaining SOPs, work instructions, and test methods.
+ Audit support experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Associates or Bachelor's degree required.
+ 1-2+ years of document control experience within a regulated environment such as Pharmaceuticals, Medical Device, Cosmetics/Personal Care, or Food.
+ Experience operating and maintaining an electronic QMS system.
+ Experience with the transfer of documents from paper-based to electronic QMS.
+ Experience maintaining SOPs, Work Instructions, or Test Methods.
+ Experience with Document Control Systems (DCS).
+ Experience with internal change control processes.
+ Customer interaction experience.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $38.00
