Document control specialist
Our client, a leader in the medical device industry, is seeking a Document Control Specialist to join their team. As a Document Control Specialist, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and exceptional organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Document Control Specialist **Location:** Wayne, NJ **Pay Range:** **What's the Job?** + Maintain and implement change management systems to meet customer and regulatory requirements. + Perform PDM Coordinator and Implementer tasks in Windchill, ensuring accuracy and compliance. + Provide overall support to the PDM user community, including troubleshooting system issues. + Manage workflow for business-critical change requests and create necessary documentation. + Train new PDM users and communicate enhancements to the user community. **What's Needed?** + A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or relevant work experience in a related function. + Three years of systems application and process experience required. + Five or more years of experience in a medical device or regulatory environment preferred. + Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills. + Proficient user of Microsoft Word and experience with SAP is required. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment. + Gain experience in the medical device industry. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. + Develop your skills in change management and document control. + Be part of a team that values quality and compliance.
