If you're eager to contribute to the development of user documentation and support systems operations, this is the perfect opportunity for you. **About the Role:** As a **Documentation Specialist** , you'll be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and organizing documentation for programming, systems operations, and user support. You’ll translate complex business specifications into clear, concise user materials and ensure that everything runs smoothly by following pre-established guidelines. Your contributions will directly enhance the effectiveness of internal teams and improve user experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** + Prepare, maintain, and update documentation related to programming, systems operation, and user support. + Translate business specifications into user-friendly documentation and online help screens. + Work closely with teams to ensure all documentation aligns with current procedures and standards. + Manage and organize documentation in a Document Management System (ProjectWise or similar). + Work under direct supervision, meeting deadlines with high attention to detail. **Top 3-5 Must-Have Skills:** + Intermediate experience with Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, and Document Management Systems like ProjectWise. + Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately. + Dependability in meeting deadlines, working independently, and maintaining a high level of focus and punctuality. + Problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze contributing factors, and resolve challenges with appropriate management support. **Required Qualifications:** + Associate’s degree in a related area, or equivalent experience (0-2 years in a related field). + Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within documentation management. + Ability to work within structured guidelines, performing tasks with minimal supervision. **Why Join Us?** At PDS Tech Commercial, we value innovation, accuracy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
