The Data Administrator (Engineering) will play a key role in managing and archiving engineering and architectural documentation for a world-renowned entertainment destination. This role focuses on organizing technical materials related to facility operations and mechanical systems within highly immersive themed environments. The ideal candidate will ensure documentation compliance with company standards, maintain digital repositories, and collaborate with architects and engineers to facilitate seamless data management. By leveraging expertise in AutoCAD, electronic document management systems (EDMS), and digital archiving, this role will support ongoing and future projects that uphold the integrity and innovation of an iconic entertainment resort.

Key Responsibilities:

Archive documentation associated with facilities and mechanical content in entertainment venues.Ensure turnover deliverables align with Facilities Asset Management and Disneyland Resort project requirements.Manage Architectural and Facilities Engineering drawings and supporting documentation.Ensure proper document formatting, numbering, and adherence to company deliverables standards.Communicate with project architects and engineers to obtain necessary turnover package details (e.g., AutoCAD files, models, parts).Convert non-standard electronic files to company-compliant formats and archive them in online repositories.Transfer and maintain data within online databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Perform quality control audits on records and conduct documentation research as needed.Stay up to date with software revisions, new programs, and approved turnover formats.Locate and upload manufacturer specification sheets and conduct audits within the repository environment.

Basic Qualifications:

Proficiency in AutoCAD (latest version) with applied work experience.Strong experience in Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel).Skilled in Adobe Acrobat Professional or Bluebeam for creating and editing PDFs.Hands-on experience with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as Enovia Smarteam.Experience with archiving and retrieving data from databases.Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.Team player with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of personnel.Ability to navigate vendor catalogs and cut sheets for research purposes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with:Adobe Professional, BluebeamOnline and offsite file storage software (BOX, ACCESS)AutoCADBackground in mechanical manufacturing or product procurement
