Summary: Seeking a Document Control Support professional to manage document delivery, inventory updates, and support imaging and disposal processes.

Requirements:

High school diploma or comparable work experience 3+ years in a professional office environment Knowledge of records software systems, scanners, filing, storage & disposal procedures Expert proficiency in computer skills for records tracking and file management Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record

Responsibilities:

Run report for delivery schedule Efficient and accurate delivery/pickup of documents Update inventory status and communicate any issues with deliveries Support physical inventory activities and perform complex database queries Prepare documents for imaging and conduct quality checks Monitor record retention compliance and coordinate with vendors

Pay Details: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
