As the Document Controller, you will support the wider Indonesian infrastructure division, contributing to document control efforts alongside another senior business administrator. You will report to the Transport Infrastructure Leader and relevant project directors, ensuring the quality and accuracy of reports, drawings, technical memos, and specifications before they are issued to clients.

The Opportunity

Responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of own and others work by setting up Document Control processes Transmit documentation and other formal communication to external project participants within online document management systems Set up and oversee Bluebeam studio sessions, RFI procedures, and the delivery of documentation to clients Attend project meetings, manage incoming/outgoing comments, and disseminate correspondence to the project team Contribute to regional document control initiatives and maintain compliance with AMS, Scorecard, and HSMS standards

 
Is this role right for you?

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the use of online document management system Skilled in promoting document control capabilities to project managers and providing solutions Strong communication and interpersonal skills, effectively handling challenging situations Highly organised, flexible, and committed to professionalism and meeting deadlines Capable of performing physical tasks related to document control within OH&S guidelines
