About the Opportunity 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Document Controller to join our Field Solutions part of the business, reporting into the Document Control Manager. The role will be based at our client’s site with home based working available on a weekly basis, so location is very flexible. The successful candidate will become part of a respected and ambitious team who offer support to a variety of different projects.

Expediting and coordinating information in line with demanding programmes  Ensuring all documentation is managed in compliance with processes, policies and procedures. Provide support with regards to document numbering, revisions and the application of metadata. Receive, issue and control project documentation and check compliance and quality of documents Attend project meetings to provide support and address any issues to ensure the effective flow of documentation  Provide Data Management System training where necessary Liaise and provide support to supply chain Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure the information being processed complies with their requirements for handover. *
