Key Responsibilities:-
Develop and implement document control procedures and best practices to ensure efficient document management. Manage the distribution, retrieval, and archiving of documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and reports. Ensure all documents are accurately labeled, stored, and easily retrievable for reference. Collaborate with project teams to maintain document control requirements and compliance with project processes. Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of all documents and records. Assist in the preparation of document transmittals and maintain the document control tracking system. Provide support during audits and ensure all documentation meets regulatory and quality standards. Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as clients, vendors, and regulatory agencies, to facilitate document exchange and approval processes. Conduct regular document audits to identify discrepancies and take corrective actions as necessary. Train and support team members on document control procedures and systems.Qualification:-
