Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Document Controller in the Housing Association industry, located in BALTIMORE, Maryland, United States. This role revolves around handling and managing electronic records, scanning files into the system, and ensuring the efficient organization of documents across different locations.
Responsibilities:
• Managing the database with electronic records
• Scanning files into the system and maintaining digital documents
• Creating Adobe files as part of the records management process
• Ensuring meticulous attention to detail in all document handling tasks
• Utilizing Microsoft Office for various administrative tasks
• Auditing documents and records for accuracy and completeness
• Moving from site to site to manage and organize records as required
• Ensuring all public accessible sites and lots are well-managed and organized. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the Housing Association industry
• Proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat for creating, editing, and managing PDFs
• Demonstrable experience in conducting audits to ensure document accuracy and compliance
• Skilled in document scanning and converting paper files into electronic records
• Proficiency in using Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage large volumes of documents and maintain accurate records
• Strong attention to detail for ensuring accuracy and consistency in documents
• Good communication skills for interacting with various departments and stakeholders
