Document Controller (CY DC2025)

Location: Mainly: Vasilikos region; Occasionally: Nicosia, Head Office.

Reporting:  Reports to Snr Projects Controls Manager

Hill International is expanding in Cyprus and is seeking a Document Controller for an Oil & Gas project based mainly in Vasilikos, with occasional work in Nicosia. Reporting to the Projects Controls Manager, the role involves maintaining document processing and retention systems, assisting and helping around during the Audit for Handover, and takind minutes of meetings. Candidates should have experience in document control within the construction industry, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in English, Greek, Microsoft Suite, and ideally the EMDS system. Experience in large construction projects and multinational environments will be considered an asset.
