Document Controller (GR DC2025)

Location:    Spata, Attica, Greece

Reporting:  Reports to PMS Manager

Hill International is hiring for the ongoing project in Athens Airport a Document Controller with knowledge of Aconex to support the functions of our team. The role involves maintaining document processing and retention systems and being able to retrieve all correspondence, reports, instructions, minutes of meetings, submittals, requests for information, payment requests, variations, and all project documents. Candidates should have experience in document control within the construction industry, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in English, Greek, Microsoft Suite, and ideally the EMDS system. Experience in large construction projects and multinational environments will be considered an asset.
