CTG is seeking to fill a Document Custodian Vault Analyst opening for our client in Buffalo, NY. Location: Buffalo, NY Duration: 1 month Overview: The Document Custodian Vault Analyst will support the organization by managing and securing physical documents within a vault environment. This role involves handling sensitive materials, organizing, filing, and performing other vault duties. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, be able to perform manual tasks efficiently, and maintain confidentiality. Primary Responsibilities: Organize, file, and maintain physical documents in a vault setting. Ensure that documents are properly labeled, categorized, and securely stored. Retrieve documents and provide them to authorized personnel as requested. Monitor the vault environment to ensure security and integrity of all documents. Perform regular checks and audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of stored materials. Handle physical lifting of documents and filing equipment as necessary. Maintain compliance with relevant security protocols and company policies. Scope of Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily management of physical document storage and retrieval in the vault. Ensure accuracy in all filing and retrieval processes, maintaining proper documentation and records. Work independently, following procedures and protocols to manage documents securely. Assist in the movement and lifting of boxes and materials within the vault. Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities: No supervisory or managerial responsibilities required for this position. Education and Experience Required: High School diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a filing, custodial, or document management role. Physical stamina to remain on feet for long periods and lift materials as required. Education and Experience Preferred: Experience working in a secure vault or records management environment is a plus. Familiarity with compliance standards and security protocols. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
