Document Custodian Vault Analyst
**CTG is seeking to fill a Document Custodian Vault Analyst opening for our client in Buffalo, NY.** **Location:** Buffalo, NY **Duration:** 1 month **Overview:** Our client is looking for a dedicated Document Custodian Vault Analyst to support their document management and vault organization efforts. This role involves handling physical documents, moving and inventorying files, and staging them in a new vault. The ideal candidate will have physical stamina, attention to detail, and experience with document management or custodial tasks. **Primary Responsibilities:** + On feet for extended periods throughout the day, performing physical tasks related to file handling. + Lift and move files weighing up to 30lbs. + Use carts to shift and inventory files, ensuring proper documentation and organization. + Stage files in a new vault system according to organizational standards. + Ensure all files are accurately labeled and accounted for during the moving process. + Maintain a high level of accuracy and organization during the vault management process. + Assist with general document storage and retrieval tasks as needed. **Scope of Responsibilities:** + Responsible for physical movement and inventorying of files within the vault space. + Ensure files are organized and secure while staging and transferring them. + Collaborate with the vault team to maintain proper order and flow of documents. **Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:** + None. **Education and Experience Required:** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Experience in physical document management or custodial tasks. + Ability to lift up to 30lbs and remain on feet for extended periods. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. **Education and Experience Preferred:** + Prior experience in a vault or document custodian role is a plus. + Experience working in a warehouse or similar physical environment. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
