Document Custodian Vault Analyst

**CTG is seeking to fill a Document Custodian Vault Analyst opening for our client in Buffalo, NY.**
**Location:** Buffalo, NY
**Duration:** 1 month
**Pay:** $18/hr
**Overview:**
The Document Custodian Vault Analyst is responsible for handling and maintaining critical documents within a secure vault environment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to security protocols, and the ability to manage physical document movement efficiently.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Load and unload document storage carts for processing.
+ Organize, retrieve, and file documents in the vault according to company policies.
+ Perform physical inventory checks to ensure document accuracy and security.
+ Handle document requests and process records according to established procedures.
+ Maintain compliance with security and confidentiality requirements.
**Scope of Responsibilities:**
+ Ensure proper handling and storage of sensitive documents.
+ Assist with the physical movement of documents within the facility.
+ Work on feet for extended periods while lifting and moving documents up to 30 lbs.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to meet document processing deadlines.
**Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:**
This role does not include supervisory responsibilities.
**Education and Experience Required:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Prior experience in document management, records handling, or a similar role.
+ Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
**Education and Experience Preferred:**
+ Experience working in a vault or records management environment.
+ Knowledge of document tracking systems and inventory management.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
