Job Overview:
This is a key position within the Association Document Disclosure Department. The Document Disclosure Lead must understand all of the processes and systems used in the Association Document Disclosure Department (“ADD”) and be willing to assist the ADD Coordinators with day-to-day questions and training support. The Document Disclosure Lead will fulfill standard escrow/refinance related requests for a portfolio of accounts; and assist with staff support, external client correspondence and special requests, as well as disbursement of department emails received in the department email inbox. The Document Disclosure Lead will exhibit a high level of professionalism and provide exceptional customer service to our internal and external clients.
Compensation: $25-27/hr
FirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client’s property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client’s directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Job Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for providing Document Disclosure Lead services to a portfolio of accounts. These services include, but are not limited to:
Must be able to field a high volume of requests from escrow service provider both via telephone and email. Completing, reviewing and approving the following orders placed via Welcomelink for assigned accounts: Specialized homeowner Resale Statement of Account Including balance disclosures on any bankruptcy accounts, judgment accounts, accounts requiring review for additional cost/security deposit amounts. Lender questionnaire forms Assist registrants (or corresponding escrow representatives) with any additional questions or concerns regarding previously processed orders. Vetting all inquiries received prior to forwarding to department manager. All avenues and attempts to resolve a matter should be exhausted prior to escalating a call or email. Assist in maintaining and updating all legal documents, budget packets and miscellaneous escrow disclosures to the Welcomelink library. Having a clear and complete understanding of the role of the ADD Department in its dealings with developers, lenders and other external clients and the effects on future business for the company. Exhibiting a high level of customer service and sensitivity towards all clients, specifically high-profile clients predominantly assigned to the Document Disclosure Lead. Assist in maintaining and updating association profiles in Connect/PUD. Other duties may be assigned as required.

Must be able to operate office equipment including copiers, printers, fax machines, computers, etc. Must be able to move throughout the office and carry miscellaneous paperwork and files for copy jobs, filing, mailing and delivery. Maintain regular attendance and be punctual. Professionalism exhibited in dress and demeanor.Education and Experience:
