Work Schedule:
This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This position is remote for individuals living in Wisconsin or Illinois.

We are seeking a Document Integrity Specialist to:
Release required documents upon completion electronically or manually. Evaluate active and discharge medical record for both completeness and quality of documentation. Review documentation to ensure it meets regulatory rules and regulationsAt UW Health, you will have:

Qualifications General Education Diploma (GED) Required High School Diploma Preferred Work Experience 1 year of progressively responsible Health Care related experience required.
