Document Management Analyst I
The Document Management Analyst I role is crucial in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of incoming materials supporting claims filed under The Radiation Exposure Compensation Act (RECA). The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and data entry skills, as well as excellent customer service abilities. Expected duties may include the following: + Scan and copy incoming materials related to claims processing. + Save and categorize scanned documents according to established procedures. + Maintain accurate tracking of document movement, including mailing and returns. + Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues related to claims. + Adhere to strict confidentiality and compliance standards. Required Qualifications: + Must be able to obtain and maintain MRPT facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for MRPT facility credentials/authorization at this work location. + One year of experience on major litigation support projects or undergraduate degree. + Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. + The ability to prioritize tasks and remain organized while multitasking. + Clear written and oral communication skills. + Should be a knowledgeable user of the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and hardware systems.
