SUMMARY
Coordinate and manage activities related to the implementation and maintenance of our Quality Management System.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
·Responsible for the administration of the document control system.·Support the creation and documentation of new or modified procedures, work instructions and forms as required.·Support our training program (training & coaching) across all Pentair Pool sites in the requirements of our quality management system.·Perform System & Process Audits and help drive resolution for audit findings.·Participate in process improvement events (kaizen events, process mapping events, etc.) to support teams in the development and implementation of any new or modified process.Participate in special engineering services projects included but not limited to: SAP, Material Compliance, Rebate Programs, Engineering Training.QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Quality Engineer or related experience with direct involvement in the implementation and maintenance of a Quality Management System.Understanding of the requirements of the ISO 9000 Standard or other internationally recognized standard for Quality Management Systems.Certified Lead Auditor or experience performing system and process audits.Disposition to travel to support all Pentair Pool sites as needed (domestic and international)Excellent team player, self directed and self initiated.Working knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excellent, Word, Power Point) SharePoint, VisioEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Able to communicate effectively in the English language (Spanish is a plus)
