Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Reorganization Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. The primary responsibility of this role is to carefully reorganize our electronic files according to a newly designed filing structure. The ideal candidate will have paralegal experience or a similar background, ensuring a thorough understanding of document content for accurate filing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Document Assessment: Review and assess existing electronic documents to determine their content, relevance, and appropriate placement within the newly designed filing structure
* File Migration: Execute the relocation of documents to their designated locations based on the new filing structure
* File Assessment: Review entity and transactional files to assess completeness, ensuring all necessary documents are present
* Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks to verify the proper organization of documents and adherence to the established filing guidelines
* Collaboration: Work closely with team members to understand specific document requirements and ensure alignment with organizational needs
* Communication: Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and recommendations to the project manager and other team members
