Job Title: Document Specialist
Location: Plainsboro, NJ
Hours/Schedule: Monday - Friday; 1st Shift
Type: Contract
Responsibilities
+ SOP Development: Write, edit, and format SOPs for logistics, production, continuous improvement, safety and quality processes related to liquid flavors manufacturing processes.
+ Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts to gather necessary content and insights for procedure development.
+ Review Process Management: Lead the review process for all SOPs, ensuring that documents are thoroughly vetted for accuracy and clarity before final approval.
+ Documentation Control: Maintain an organized repository of SOPs, ensuring all documents are current, accessible, and compliant with regulatory standards.
+ Training Support: Assist in the development of training materials related to new SOPs and provide support for training sessions as needed.
+ Compliance Monitoring: Ensure all SOPs comply with internal policies and external regulations relevant to liquid flavor manufacturing.
Requirements
+ High School Diploma Required
+ Must be able to understand processes and put together Procedures.
+ Requires Administrative Skills and communication skills.
