Job Description

Seeking a meticulous and dedicated Document Specialist to assist in managing and administering our Document Control systems. This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with internal procedures, cGMPs, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include document processing, maintenance of records, issuing and managing logbooks and notebooks, and updating indices and logs. The position entails cataloging, scanning, maintaining, archiving, and retrieving various documents and records. You will also be tasked with updating information indices and preparing logbooks for site-wide use.

Work Environment

The role is based in an office within a warehouse facility, part of a small, rebuilding team. The standard shift is Monday through Friday with flexible start times as early as 5:00 AM, covering 8-hour days and 40 hours per week. Occasional overtime and remote work flexibility are available. Initial tasks may include assisting with filing backlogs.
