What You'll Bring:

Lead the drafting and updating of complex process documents, technical documents, and process mapsOversee the validation of documents, ensuring high standards of accuracy and complianceStrategically design and enhance the knowledge management repository to support organizational goalsDevelop and oversee the implementation of long-term storage strategies in line with regulatory policiesLead the creation and management of comprehensive training programs for all employeesConduct and oversee quality reviews and audits, driving continuous improvement in document quality and integrityLead the integration of advanced AI tools (e.g., Microsoft CoPilot, ChatGPT) to automate and enhance knowledge management processesEnsure all process documentation adheres to BPMN standards and best practicesExtensive experience with tools like Confluence, Lucidchart, Process Street, and advanced AI-driven knowledge management tools

Impact You'll Make:

Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Library Science, or a related field7+ years of experience in knowledge management or a related fieldMust have strong attention to detail to review, edit, and format documents accurately, identifying errors, inconsistencies, and non-compliance issues, and ensuring document quality and integrityShould possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple documents, versions, and revisions effectively, ensuring that documentation processes are streamlined and efficientMust have strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, convey information clearly and accurately, and facilitate document reviews, approvals, and revisionsStrong problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze root causes, and recommend solutions to address documentation-related challenges, such as compliance gaps, process inefficiencies, and quality issues.
