Our teams of technical experts specialize in harnessing live sporting data, using advanced cloud technologies, Java, JavaScript and Python. Responsibilities:
As a Documentation Administrator,
You will be part of the Document & Knowledge Management team, which strives for governing the company’s documentation estate effectively and enabling innovation as well as automation in knowledge management. The role supports the team in enabling our internal stakeholders to provide up-to-date, correct, and professional high-impact documentation that is comprehensive for the audience and uses standardised terminology where necessary. Administer documentation in line with predefined standards and processes throughout its entire lifecycle Control the adherence to internal and external quality standards with respect to versioning, format, branding and used terminology Act as a direct contact to the editors and owners of specific documentation, managing their secure and efficient access to edit files. By keeping our documentation registry up to date, you will also ensure that the meta data of the company’s high-impact documentation (publishing location, persons in charge etc.), is always accessible and up to date. Furthermore, you will help the team collect information on the most frequent issues and training needs with respect to documentation and contribute to the creation and maintenance of stakeholder training material. You will also take part in projects that aim to improve the efficiency of the processes for the creation and maintenance of documentation.Required Skills:
You have English business writing skills (you can provide evidence of having written flawless and well-structured texts in English)? You have experience in document reviewing, editing, revisioning and governance (most importantly with MS Word/Office 365/SharePoint but experience with classical EDMSs is also an asset)? You have of experience as a document controller (or in a comparable role)? Presentation skills Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Self-starter attitude and motivated to keep learning. Excellent English fluency, communication, and documentation skills. Experience conducting surveys and/or knowledge in quantitative research Experience with training others or with the creation and maintenance of training materials (text and/or videos). Problem Solving Level of independent judgment required when making decisions/solving issues. Assistance and guidance will always be available, but the successful candidate should be able to work autonomously and use initiative. Level of autonomy will depend on the candidate and their experience.Qualifications and Experience:
You have to hold an Academic bachelors degree (English language, content strategy or comparable) Do you possess good analytical skills and enjoy looking at things in detail?
