Documentation Administrator

We are looking for a Documentation Administrator, who will be the SPOC (single point of contact) for Documentation until closure and post-delivery in case of need, assuring that the requested documentation is easily accessible and stored. You will manage all documentation requests ensuring customer documentation requirements are met in a timely manner.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Develop and maintain Emerson documentation standard (layout and contents) Prepare user documentation for a variety of material, including how-to guides and instruction manualsCreate Documentation Dossier according to user’s requirements (table of contents, cover sheets, bookmarks and cite sources) for Projects, MRO and Service orders Produce approval documentation as required and in a timely mannerProvide final documentation that accurately meets customer requirements (electronic, paper) and ensure the highest standards of presentation are maintained Respond optimally to documentation requests and queries from internal customersUpdate the ERP system documentation status according to business requirements/specificsWorks closely with the Sales Engineers / Project Manager/ Engineer / Order Administrator in order to bring clarity, meet the agreed timelineActs as interface between HUB, Drawing Team and Project/Customer Administrators Team in all documentation related matters (check customer orders and align with factory order)In case of need, acts as escalation point for all documentation execution related matters in front of internal and external customersReview published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, content, and methods of reproduction and bindingDevelop and maintain good knowledge of Rosemount products, model codes and continuous improvementDevelop and maintain good knowledge of all correlated ERPs (Oracle, CRM, OCM)Works closely with Order Management and Finance Team for disputes management Who You Are:

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Knowledge in use of spreadsheets, database, word processing and selected job specific softwareFrench can be an advantage for some tasks regarding this role Ability to handle several tasks and juggle multiple priorities
