Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Documentation and Training Coordinator Manager to oversee document control operations. This role will be critical in managing and maintaining Good Manufacturing Practice (GxP) documentation, ensuring its secure storage and access within an electronic Document Management System (eDMS). The Documentation and Training Coordinator Manager will coordinate workflows across departments, oversee a small team of document coordinators, and act as a primary point of contact for document submissions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to): Manage and oversee a team of 1-2 Document Coordinators, ensuring the efficient execution of document control processes. Process, archive, and maintain GxP documentation in locked filing cabinets, ensuring files are properly updated, scanned, labeled, and filed in compliance with regulatory requirements. Create and manage user accounts within the eDMS system. Coordinate training for staff in the use of the eDMS system to ensure accurate and timely document processing. Prioritize and manage document workflows for various departments within Cell and Genetic Therapies (VCGT). Support additional Quality Assurance initiatives and document control-related activities. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked Document Control Room, ensuring the workspace is always ready for use. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous management or supervisory experience leading small teams. Clerical experience in filing, uploading, and organizing documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe. General knowledge of document and record management in a GMP setting. Familiarity with electronic Document Management Systems (eDMS) such as Veeva Vault. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage conflicts effectively. Excellent communication skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize tasks quickly and efficiently.
