The Threat Modeling Center is responsible for the development and delivery of high fidelity threat modeling products in support of MDA and MDA’s Ballistic Missile Defense System. The Distribution Specialist 2 is responsible for mass duplication and shipment of Integrated Threat Packages (ITPs) and software applications to multiple customers. In the case of an ITP, this often times also includes collating all source data comprising the product into the ITP deliverable format. The candidate must be detailed-oriented person with the ability to visualize, coordinate and execute the generation of the final product. He or she is also responsible for the final QC of the delivered media, ensuring that it’s computer readable prior to mass duplication. The individual will be required to duplicate the final delivery media (hard drive or DVD), correctly label and classify the media, pack the media for shipment, generate shipping documents, update the customer database, update the tracking database and deliver the packages to the MDIOC shipping center. The individual must be familiar with methods of tracking and reporting on classified shipments. The candidate must also be familiar with proper storage of classified media and have knowledge of the DoD regulations associated with generating, marking and shipping of classified products. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining storage of the product masters as well as the database of all stored and shipped products.
Roles and Responsibilities include:
Assist in the integration and distribution of deliverable threat productsImplement program procedures, and work in collaboration with production team members to account for all deliverable event products.Responsible for the reception software request and delivery to given stakeholdersUnderstand the various level of classified information and rightfully use such knowledge in every correspondence and product delivery.Interface with stakeholders, including customers to address specific needs and issues to detect, prevent, and/or minimize potential impacts to deliverable products.Support the integration of addendum products and revisions with organized tracking system to ensure rightful versions are delivered to stakeholders.Maintain databases for tracking Engineering Change Requests, non-deliverables, and deliverables.Participate in process improvement activities; contribute suggestions for adapting policy to situations and update processes and procedures as required.Assist with implementation of Data Management Plan, procedures, and work instructionsCoordinate, track and deliver contractual and non-contractual data for multiple contract task orders.Assist in the writing of technical and non-technical documentation for program deliverables as needed.Create working templates to ensure all deliverables and program documentation are consistent and properly marked.Basic Requirements:
Bachelor degree or 2 years of experience in a technical field OR 6 years of experience in lieu of degree; Masters’ Degree with 1 Year experienceMust be familiar with the DoD regulations associated with generating, marking and shipping of classified productsProficiency in Microsoft ProductsAbility to work as part of a team to support accomplishment of team goalsMust have basic understanding of the DoD Guide for Marking Classified Documents and of proper procedures for tracking, storing and cataloging classified productsMust be self-motivated and detail orientedMust be familiar with basic Linux commandsMust already possess an active DoD Secret clearancePreferred Requirements:

Salary Range: $67,200.00 - $100,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
