This is an Onsite role. **Industry: Medical device Co** **Title:** **Documentation Specialist** **Location: ONSITE – Irving TX** **Duration:** **9+ months** **Work hours: 9 AM – 5 PM** **Pay: $26/hr.** **Job Description** We are seeking a meticulous and organized Documentation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare, edit, and manage documentation such as reports, technical documents, records, or correspondence. The role involves maintaining an efficient filing system and ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. **What You’ll Do** + Prepare, edit, and assemble documentation, including reports, technical documents, and correspondence. + Maintain and organize numerical, alphabetical, chronological, and/or subject-based filing systems. + File, retrieve, and update records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality. + Locate and remove materials from files as requested by team members or management. + Conduct regular file maintenance to ensure systems are current and comply with organizational standards. + Assist with record-keeping tasks and documentation audits to maintain data integrity. + Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless flow and accessibility of documentation. **You will need to have:** + Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. + Experience: 0–3 years of experience in documentation, records management, or a similar administrative role. **Skills:** + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management software. + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Strong time management and multitasking abilities. + Familiarity with document control practices and file systems is a plus.
