Documentation Specialist

**ABOUT THIS POSITION**
The Documentation Specialist will assist in making Waystar’s product readiness happen through documentation and video knowledge transfer. This role is responsible for providing their best work always in developing easy-to-use and understandable materials for Waystar team members and clients.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
+ Create/update documentation for Waystar solutions in the form of user guides, quick start guides, online articles, video training modules, and so on
+ Review and maintain the Salesforce knowledge base
+ Assist in the creation and maintenance of industry projects, changes, and trends
+ Create/update internal training materials as requested
+ Assist with one-off alerts and notifications
+ Review and edit Waystar white papers as requested
+ Review and edit Marketing materials as requested
+ Coordinate team production of deliverables
**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**
+ Ensure quality of output through review/editing
+ Collaborate with Waystar teams to create more effective documentation
+ Research and share industry practices and innovation with the team
+ Perform other duties as assigned by management
+ Use and be proficient in Word, Adobe Acrobat, and the Salesforce Knowledge Editor
