Job Title: Documentation Specialist

Location: Hammond, IN

Job Type: 6-month contract with potential for permanent employment

Work Schedule: Fully onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Document Control: Format, translate, control, and post work instructions and forms while maintaining a structured document control system to manage quality documents.Document Archiving: Maintain, organize, and secure electronic and physical repositories for outdated controlled documents.Training Assistance: Support the development of training materials related to new or updated work instructions and SOPs to ensure proper implementation and adherence by staff.

Work Environment:

Environment: Clean, GMP environment. Packaging for food products. Very clean and temperature regulated. This person will be working in the office attached to the warehouse.Dress Code: Business casualHours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
