As a key member of our Information Technology department, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with business users to deliver high-quality solutions on time.

Job Responsibilites 

Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and facilitate delivery of high-quality solutions on time. Proactively troubleshoot issues related to Documentum applications, provide end-user training, and offer technical support. Provide technical expertise on Documentum platform, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. Regularly manage Documentum tickets in ServiceNow. Administer and support Reveille monitoring and analytics platform for Documentum. Ensuring seamless integration of third party applications with Documentum ecosystem, including Documentum D2 and Capital Projects.

Skills & Qualifications

Data Engineering: Strong knowledge of data management and AWS Data Pipeline. Documentum Platform: Optional but preferred experience with Documentum Webtop 16.X, DFC 21.X, Content Server 20.X, Documentum D2, and Documentum Capital Projects. Java 1.8+ Development: Minimum 3 years of experience in Java development role. SQL Database: Experience with using SQL database as a backend preferred. Network Architecture: Solid understanding of network architecture, firewalls, extranet security, virtual environments, backup, and high availability structures. Web Service Models: Knowledge of JSON and web service models: SOAP and REST. Object-Oriented Programming: Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming. ServiceNow: Experience in managing support tickets in ServiceNow. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload. Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and fix problems, providing root cause analysis in a timely manner. Education & Experience

Bachelor's or advanced degree preferably related to Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of experience with Documentum platform. Strong knowledge of Webtop 16.x, DFC 21.x, and Content Server 20.x. Minimum 3 years of experience configuring Documentum D2 and Capital Projects. Minimum 3 years in Java 1.8+ development role.
