Identifies, develops and typically closes new sales opportunities. Serves as the primary interface for all products and services, and creates demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers. The Xerox field-based DocuShare Sales Specialists are experienced business development professionals who focus on driving new revenue and offering growth throughout North America. This position has a focus of selling enterprise content management solutions (on-premise and cloud software licensing and professional services) to new customers. The DocuShare Software Sales Specialist are trusted resources who manage not only establish new customers but also develop deep account relationships, develop strategic sales plans and thrive on driving results. **Scope Specific:** + Responsibility for a region insuring go to markets in certain regions to sell Docushare products + Primary to influence and develop sales force of XPS cores to sell the Docushare products **Primary Responsibilities:** + As part of Xerox DocuShare Sales organization, drive new business through our partners (direct selling resources and channel). + Master Xerox DocuShare value proposition and consistently exceed revenue and profit goals; exceed solutions sales revenue and margin goals. + Work closely with an expanded sales team of business development directors, software engineers and solution consultants. + Demonstrate our product and technology solutions portfolio. + Hunt for net new business and manage account relationships through cold-calling, networking and current account growth. + Develop pricing proposals; communicate and understand total cost of ownership, industry trends, and maintain records in our CRM. + Develop and maintain strong partnerships with all go to market units. + Get results through others and engaged with extended Xerox DocuShare teams in responding to RFP’s **What You Need to Succeed:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred + 10 years+ sales experience is preferred + Technology sales or ECM background is Highly preferred + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Strong customer service and rapport-building abilities + Great interpersonal, negotiation and presentation capabilities + Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement + Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment + Willingness to take risks and try innovative, new approaches **What We Offer:** + Competitive compensation (base salary and uncapped commissions) + Significant financial rewards for overachievement + Comprehensive benefits offerings (including medical, dental, vision and life insurance) + Retirement Plan – 401k + Paid holidays, personal choice days and paid time off + A culture that offers flexibility and a healthy work-life balance \#LI-RL1 \#LI-Remote Xerox is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, national origin, age, gender identity, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, use of a guide dog or service animal, military/veteran status, citizenship status, basis of genetic information, or any other group protected by law.
