This person will bring depth of experience and advise on a range of mission-related issues on existing engagements and new pursuits focused on Engineering and Weapons Systems within the Department of Defense. This role will be a combination of engagement delivery, new opportunity pursuit with a strong emphasis on thought leadership. The role will seek to find the intersections between various mission related needs and professional services solutions. Key Responsibilities will include: + Engaging with senior executives to analyze and understand business initiatives + Develop and grow a business portfolio supporting Major Weapon System Programs + Engage with internal and external partners to develop collaborative environments in support of deliverables + Foster external relationships and brand awareness across industries **What You Will Need** **:** + Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET or higher security clearance + A bachelor's degree + TWENTY (20) or more years' relevant experience directly supporting DoD, Federal Government, and/or Professional Services engineering deliveries + Experience engaging with senior leaders within the Department of Defense and federal government + Experience identifying, solving, and delivering engineering/technology solutions + Strong communications acumen in support of client engagement and briefing + Experience translating policy into programmatic actions + Knowledge of Defense industry missions and initiatives **What Would Be Nice To Have** **:** + An ACTIVE and CURRENT SECRET security clearance or higher + Graduate degree or higher + Experience supporting DoD weapons systems clients + Experience delivering within an organization of similar or larger size and scope **What We Offer** **:** Guidehouse offers a comprehensive, total rewards package that includes competitive compensation and a flexible benefits package that reflects our commitment to creating a diverse and supportive workplace.
