Responsibilities
Manages the day-to-day activities for a moderately complex technical or non-technical project
Manages the administrative/operational leadership of a project within the program guidelines set by the Program Manager and customer
Monitors project to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are well defined and maintained
Provides the coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensures all necessary reviews and approvals are received
May conduct performance/project analyses to benefit future/other projects/missions/programs
Leads and directs the work of other employees and has full authority for personnel decisions
Administers departmental policies and procedures, evaluates results and performance, and assists with the development of new or modified budgets, strategic plans, or policies
Coordinates communications between the government and CPP members
Tracks and manages CPP taskers and actions
Facilitates operations of the CPP
The position will also be the alternate Executive Assistant for the Director, DoD Special Access Program Central Office when the primary is not in the office.
Qualifications
5+ years' experience working on Defense programs/projects
Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or related field
TS/SCI required upon application submission
Comprehensive knowledge of the field's concepts and principles
Previous experience with Special Access Program is preferred.
