As an Associate Program Manager, you will support the business objectives at SNC. You will support program management across all programmatic aspects of projects with specifically focused responsibility for customer relationship, cost, schedule and technical planning, tracking and reporting, technical execution, and ensuring overall program performance objectives are achieved. Manages simple projects typically defined as: studies, small task orders, Internal Research and Development, Level of Effort; services only, spares or projects with minimal deliverables. Typically, there is no responsibility of managing team members directly, but an introduction to people management. This role can, and often is, used as a Control Account Manager on a larger program. You will participate in business resource planning/tracking in coordination with other corporate entities and be responsible for ensuring program issues and problems are identified, tracked, and resolved. You will be responsible for program risk management and ensuring risks are identified, mitigated, tracked, and managed; interfacing on project/program status, developing proposals, researching/fact-finding, coordinating audits, and negotiating with project/program stakeholders to ensure enterprise initiatives meet cost, budget, and schedule constraints. You will support the Program Director and Business Operations in fulfilling their responsibilities for the Business Area.The ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is a leading prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems. Qualifications You Must Have:
Currently serving as active duty military and be eligible to participate in the DoD SkillBridge programBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Management, Engineering or related field.Minimum 3+ years of experience in project or program management Proficient in reviewing documentation associated with Request for Proposal (RFP)Experience with developing an execution schedule.Experience with developing budgets and managing projects to those budgets.Ability to manage complex situations, delegate authority, lead and inspire a team, drive innovative thinking, instill collaboration, drive for success, challenge status quo, and demonstrate the ability to adapt to dynamic situationsStrong analytical skills & capability to meet schedulesStrong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and drive others to successQualifications We Prefer:
