DODAF Enterprise Architect
Position Summary

Work you’ll do 

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Development and Maintenance:
Develop business architecture and design products in compliance with the DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) and Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA).
Ensure these products meet program/project Information Support Plan (ISP) requirements and comply with approved business process integration strategies within the FMS-ACES solution.Create and update comprehensive architectural diagrams, including “as-is” and “to-be” visual representations suitable for publication and strategic communications.
Maintain various DODAF viewpoints, such as Operational Viewpoints (OV), System Viewpoints (SV), and Technical Viewpoints (TV).
Provide feedback and ensure accuracy and consistency in all architectural diagrams.

Analytics and Process Improvement:
Use analytics to discover opportunities for integrated services across mission areas.
Provide technical analysis for systems and services acquisition activities, including source selection technical advisory support.
Analyze and provide recommendations for rationalizing existing stakeholder enterprise IT business processes.
Introduce new processes using business process architecture techniques.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in enterprise architecture and DODAF standards.
Identify opportunities for architectural improvements and drive initiatives to enhance the overall architecture framework.

Our Application Modernization and Innovation offering focuses on key client issues that impact the core business. We provide operational value, modernized mission solutions, and enhanced technology innovation.

 

Qualifications 

Required: 

7+ years of professional experience with relevant work related expertiseExperience in Enterprise Architecture, particularly within DODExperience with DODAF standards Bachelor’s degree required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Active Interim Secret or Secret clerance required Travel up to 30%

 

Preferred: 

DODAF architecture preferred Strong relationship management, advisory, and communication background Experienced with APPIAN and/or AWS Experience with large scale implementations
