Job Description

 

Job Summary:

The primary function of the Area Supervisor is to oversee, direct and lead all Store Operations and Operational Training related functions in their assigned stores and to ensure company goals, standards, and objectives are being obtained at all times. Maintain safety and security standards in all stores.

Requirements:

Valid Driver License

Minimum 2 years successful Supervisor role or equivalent

Ability to meet company standard

Work Schedule:

50-55 hour work week

Store Operations

Sales Building

In store marketing coordination (Specials offers, meal completion techniques)Assist with community events as needed (School orders, Catering orders)GM and Store goal development

Coordinating, maintaining and training management personnel to control all operational costsFood Cost ControlLabor Cost Control and SchedulingEBITDA/ Gross ProfitCash control and deposit complianceDrive profitability in Stores!

Administrative

Create a weekly schedule evolved from weekly costs submitted and visits completed in storesAuditing of all stores (TIGER)Preparation of GM Meeting/ AM meetingsCommunicating and insuring all paperwork requirements completed within expected timeInsuring all city, county and state requirements are met

Other Duties

Strategic Goal Setting/ Decisions/PlanningAssist with interviewing and hiring of all management personnelInsure follow through of all customer complaints and concerns communicated by HR Dept.Handle all discipline related issues and documentation of management personnelMonitoring of store phone calls to insure a positive experienceInsure communications with all departments is complete and timelyAbility to provide solutions to problems as they evolve or occur on goingOther duties as assigned by Operations DirectorJob Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 /year
