Donor Center Technician - Kennesaw
Description The Plasma Center Technician is responsible for: - Making sure the donors are safe and product is pure to ensure the result of the plasma collection process is correct. - Observing and monitoring the donor during the collection process for possible equipment errors, donor reactions, or any unexpected events. - Taking appropriate actions in accordance with the SOPs when any unexpected event occurs. - Performing customer service directly with the donors. - Expected to be professional and courteous at all time with donors and peers. - Maintaining a clean and efficient work environment to make sure it strictly adhere to all cGMPs, SOPs and regulations. - Preserving the confidentiality of all personnel, donor and center information. - Assisting with the administrative duties to support the Donor Center as assigned.
