Our client, a non-profit organization, has an immediate need for a temporary to permanent Donor Raiser's Edge Specialist to join their busy Arlington, VA team!

About the Job:

Generate various types of reports using the CRM.Track effectiveness of digital campaigns and create dashboards to support decision making.Assist with the implementation and maintenance of software tools.Maintain CRMs and identify and propose technology upgrades.Provide back-up support on financial tasks.Develop and enforce data policies and practices across the organization.

About You:

2+ years of data analytics and nonprofit reporting are required.Strong CRM experience, such as Raiser's Edge, is required.High proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and other nonprofit tools are required.A keen eye for detail with the ability to multitask.

About the Position:
