Under the direction of the Executive Director/Vice President of Development, the Donor Relations Coordinator/Philanthropy Assistant will be responsible for executing fundraising components and providing Board and Committee support. Stewardship is an important part of fundraising and this position will be responsible for overseeing department specific gift administration and stewardship programs which includes gift entry, mail processing, check deposits and all donor correspondence. The position also oversees all aspects of board and committee meetings including coordination, communications, collateral and minutes for all meetings along with all fundraising reports and data queries. The position provides advanced, diversified and confidential administrative support to the Executive Director and to the Board of Trustees.

Required Qualifications:
4 years administrative track record in a fund development environmentPreferred Qualifications:
