Job summary

10 - 14 yrs years of software project management experience with a minimum of 5 years in Agile project environments

Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to manage and resolve complex issues under pressure

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams foster a culture of collaboration and drive projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

Perform project management activities

Proficiency with metrics-driven project management using KPIs to monitor optimize and report on project health and team performance.

Experience in Project management tools like Azure Boards Jira etc

Certifications Required

Certification as a Scrum Alliance - CSM CSP etc. or Project Management Professional PMP is required.
