Title 2 and L.A.C. Title 70. Manages the planning and initiation of project procurement, grant applications, and grant execution. Provides direct oversight of project budgets for the operational efficiency of the commercial service airport federal aviation regulation Part 139 certification and enhancement program. Manages and implements the state aviation transportation development programs for the FAA airport improvement program grant information program and infrastructure investment and jobs act grant information program to achieve multimodal commerce transportation goals and objectives.
