Job Description We are looking for a Downstream Scientist to join the Manufacturing Sciences and Technology (MSAT) organization at a large pharmaceutical client based out of Andover, MA. This MSAT downstream purification team supports downstream development purification and optimization, mRNA drug substance process activities, and providing support to routine manufacturing operations. This person will be expected to develop and qualify purification techniques, ensure the proper and timely execution of purification processing, and perform scale-down purifications of biologics using precipitation, depth filtration, ultrafiltration, and chromatography. We are looking for someone with experience in techniques such as mRNA Drug Substance process, UF/DF, Column Chromatograph, and ideally familiar with standard downstream equipment, e.g. AKTAs.
