Are you ready to take the lead in building a global community of clinical advocates? As the DP Advocacy Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving POHC’s thought leadership by partnering with top-tier healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders in the dental industry. This role is about more than strategy—it’s about fostering trust, amplifying clinical expertise, and delivering programs that inspire endorsement and drive measurable impact. Your role:
Dental Professional Advocacy Amplification
Develop and execute a comprehensive Dental Professional advocacy strategy and regional engagement playbook to position Philips as a leader in clinical thought leadership.
Build and nurture a thriving community of Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Key Opinion Leaders (KOL), and Dental Influencers across key market segments to amplify Philips’ influence (e.g., KOL speaking engagements, training programs, content development, and Continuing Education (CE) initiatives).
Clinical Program Development
Design and deliver KOL engagement best practice playbooks for regional teams.
Develop and manage a clinical publication roadmap and global journal articles in concert with KOLs.
Build clinical science training modules for use with internal teams: global, regional marketing colleagues and field consultants.
Establish robust regional marketing team collaborations to ensure effective program execution and accountability for KPIs.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead and develop the Advocacy team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Assess team talent and implement development plans to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.
External Thought Leadership & Partnerships
Step in as the interface between clinical and scientific communities of the Dental industry, helping to unpack trends and unlock innovation opportunities in collaboration with R&D, Clinical and Product teams.
Represent Philips in strategic partnerships, associations, university engagements, and industry conferences, strengthening the company’s reputation as a clinical thought leader.
You're the right fit if:
10+ years of global experience in establishing B2B/Healthcare KOL programs - Dental industry experience required.
Advanced degree in Marketing, MBA, or equivalent experience in Dental Medicine (e.g., Dentist or Hygienist).
Proven ability to leverage clinical expertise to drive thought leadership and achieve commercial impact.
The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with operational excellence. They thrive on building relationships with HCP KOLs, driving business impact, and leading teams in the development of innovative, market-ready programs.
