Description:

The Drafter is a key part of all projects and new sales that are produced. When orders are received, the drafter is tasked with creating the initial drawing. That drawing is then sent back to clients to be accepted or marked up, then back to the drafter to make the necessary changes before being sent to production.

- Draft products in Solidworks

- Translate concepts from sales team into 3d models for assembly/manufacturing

- Must have a strong attention to detail

- Ability to switch between projects and stay organized

 MUST HAVES:

- 5+ years in drafting experience

- Proficiency in Solidworks

- Bckgrnd could be mechanical, civil, or architectural

- Been in a manufacturing environment previously (will be answering questions from the production team)

- Ability to seamlessly switch between projects (can be working on 4-5 projects at a time)

NICE TO HAVES:

- Previous work with composites or plastics

- Mechanical aptitude (hobbies like working on cars)

- Spanish language proficiency

- Piping design
