Job Title: DrafterJob Description Prepare 3D models of electrical building systems in Revit and 3D Navisworks models used for BIM coordination. Handle a number of projects simultaneously to ensure each project stays on track. Responsibilities + Prepare 3D models of electrical building systems using Revit. + Develop 3D Navisworks models for BIM coordination. + Manage multiple projects concurrently to ensure timely completion. Essential Skills + Bachelor's or Associate's degree OR relevant software experience. + Experience with 3D software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor). + Ability to meet high-pressure deadlines and maintain good attendance. + Computer savvy with a willingness to learn. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with Revit software. + Experience in electrical BIM modeling. + Knowledge of Navisworks and Trimble Realworks. + 3+ years of experience in 3D BIM modeling. + 2+ years of experience with Autodesk Navisworks software. + Experience in construction, MEP, and/or electrical modeling. Work Environment 90% or more of the day will be spent drafting at a desk. Prefer candidates to sit onsite in Davenport, but open to hybrid or onsite in Des Moines. Hours are Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM. There is room for growth within the company, with opportunities to become a team/BIM leader, take on individual projects, or oversee other drafters.
