Description: Seeking a drafter to assist the BIM manager with REVIT models. Utilizing AutoCAD, REVIT and reading construction documents. This firm is a design build company, so you will be collaborating with both engineering and field teams. Working with fabrication department. Drafting and designing structures, wall systems, framing, doors, etc. Working with other MEP firms to complete BIM models for high profile projects. • Candidate needs a good understanding of Microsoft Office products, Revit (2yrs minimum is ideal), Navisworks, and have a working knowledge of AutoCAD. • Other software it would be beneficial but not required to know about is 3ds Max, Photoshop, Illustrator, Revizto, Sketchup, and Bluebeam. • Candidate needs to have good communication skills and be comfortable working with other people and teams. Job duties will include participating in BIM Coordination meetings (online and in-person) with other companies and clients. Participation in project presentations may be needed.
